His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 2‍(a) of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Act, transfers from the Minister of National Revenue to the Minister of the Environment the powers, duties and functions of the Minister of National Revenue under section 188 of the Greenhouse Gas Pollution Pricing Act.

 

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’alinéa 2a) de la Loi sur les restructurations et les transferts d’attributions dans l’administration publique, Son Excellence l’administrateur du gouvernement du Canada en conseil transfère les attributions du ministre du Revenu national prévues à l’article 188 de la Loi sur la tarification de la pollution causée par les gaz à effet de serre au ministre de l’Environnement
