His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of National Defence, pursuant to section 29.16 of the National Defence Act, re-appoints François Malo of Ottawa, Ontario, as a part time Vice-Chairperson of the Military Grievances External Review Committee, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years, effective May 1, 2021.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Défense nationale et en vertu de l’article 29.16 de la Loi sur la défense nationale, Son Excellence l’administrateur du gouvernement du Canada en conseil renouvelle le mandat de François Malo, d’Ottawa (Ontario), vice-président à temps partiel du Comité externe d’examen des griefs militaires, à titre inamovible pour une période de trois ans, à compter du 1^er mai 2021.
