Glenn Williamson as Honorary Consul of Canada in Phoenix, Arizona, United States of America, to hold office during pleasure for a term of one year, and fixes his honorarium at the rate set out in the annexed schedule, which honorarium is within the range ($18,000 - $27,000), such appointment to be terminated by either the Minister of Foreign Affairs or R. Glenn Williamson, giving the other party a sixty-day written notice.
