His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, reappoints Rod Backman as Honorary Consul of Canada in Bismarck, North Dakota, United States of America, to hold office during pleasure for a term of one year, and fixes his honorarium at the rate set out in the annexed schedule, which honorarium is within the range ($18,000 - $27,000), such appointment to be terminated by either the Minister of Foreign Affairs or Rod Backman, giving the other party a sixty-day written notice.
