His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, appoints David Brian Ah-Chuen to be Honorary Consul of Canada in Port Louis, Republic of Mauritius, to hold office during pleasure for a term of five years, and fixes his honorarium at the rate set out in the annexed schedule, which honorarium is within the range ($1,500 - $5,000), such appointment to be terminated by either the Minister of Foreign Affairs or David Brian Ah-Chuen, giving the other party a sixty-day written notice.
