The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that Karen Wenckebach of the City of Whitehorse, in Yukon Territory, Barrister-at-law, be appointed a Judge of the Supreme Court of Yukon.

The Committee further advises that Karen Wenckebach be appointed a Judge ex officio of the Court of Appeal of Yukon and a Judge ex officio of the Court of Appeal for the Northwest Territories.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que Karen Wenckebach, de la ville de Whitehorse dans le territoire du Yukon, avocate, soit nommée juge de la Cour suprême du Yukon.

Le Comité du Conseil privé recommande en outre que Karen Wenckebach soit nommée membre d’office de la Cour d’appel du Yukon, et membre d’office de la Cour d’appel des Territoires du Nord-Ouest.
