His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, pursuant to section 41 of the Yukon Act, appoints the Honourable David A. Crerar, a judge of the Supreme Court of British Columbia, to be a deputy judge of the Supreme Court of Yukon, to hold office during good behaviour until attaining the age of seventy-five years.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice et en vertu de l’article 41 de la Loi sur le Yukon, Son Excellence l’administrateur du gouvernement du Canada en conseil nomme l’honorable David A. Crerar, juge de la Cour suprême de la Colombie-Britannique, au poste de juge adjoint de la Cour suprême du Yukon, à titre inamovible, jusqu’à ce qu’il atteigne l’âge de soixante-quinze ans.
