His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Health, pursuant to subsection 55‍(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act, makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Narcotic Control Regulations (Tramadol).
