His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry pursuant to section 3 and subsection 5(2) of the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council Act, appoints Ellen Dianne Looker of Wolfville, Nova Scotia, to be a member of the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council, to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years.
