 His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister for International Trade, pursuant to subsections 12(3) and (4) of the Invest in Canada Act, reappoints Mitchell Garber, C.M., of Montréal, Quebec, as Chairperson of the board of directors of the Invest in Canada Hub, to hold office during pleasure, on a part-time basis, for a term of one year or until such time as a new Chairperson is appointed, whichever occurs first, effective March 12, 2021.

Sur recommandation de la ministre du Commerce international et en vertu des paragraphes 12(3) et (4) de la Loi sur Investir au Canada, Son Excellence l’administrateur du gouvernement du Canada en conseil reconduit le mandat de Mitchell Garber, C.M., de Montréal (Québec), président du conseil d’administration de Investir au Canada, à titre amovible et à temps partiel, pour une période d’un an ou jusqu’à ce qu’un nouveau président soit nommé, selon la première de ces éventualités, à compter du 12 mars 2021.
