His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration:

(a)  pursuant to paragraphs 153(1)(a) and 153(1)(c) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, reappoints Roxane Vachon of Montréal, Quebec, as a full-time member of the Immigration and Refugee Board (Montréal Regional Office), to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years; and

(b) pursuant to subsection 153(2) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, designates Roxane Vachon of Montréal, Quebec, to be Assistant Deputy Chairperson of the Immigration and Refugee Board (Montréal Regional Office);

effective May 30, 2021.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration, Son Excellence l’administrateur du gouvernement du Canada en conseil :

a)  en vertu des alinéas 153(1)a) et 153(1)c) de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, renouvelle le mandat de Roxane Vachon de Montréal (Québec), commissaire à temps plein de la Commission de l’immigration et du statut de réfugié (Bureau régional de Montréal), à titre inamovible pour une période de cinq ans;

b)  en vertu du paragraphe 153(2) de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, choisit Roxane Vachon de Montréal (Québec), vice-présidente adjointe de la Commission de l’immigration et du statut de réfugié (Bureau régional de Montréal);

à compter du 30 mai 2021.
