His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration:

(a)  pursuant to paragraph 153(1)(a) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, appoints Rafat Rana Khan of Toronto, Ontario, to be a full-time member of the Immigration and Refugee Board (Toronto Regional Office), to hold office during good behaviour for a term of two years; and

(b) pursuant to subsection 153(2) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, designates Rafat Rana Khan of Toronto, Ontario, to be Assistant Deputy Chairperson of the Immigration and Refugee Board (Toronto Regional Office);

effective April 29, 2021.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration, Son Excellence l’administrateur du gouvernement du Canada en conseil :

a)  en vertu de l’alinéa 153(1)a) de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, nomme Rafat Rana Khan de Toronto (Ontario), commissaire à temps plein de la Commission de l’immigration et du statut de réfugié (Bureau régional de Toronto), à titre inamovible pour un mandat de deux ans;

b)  en vertu du paragraphe 153(2) de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, choisit Rafat Rana Khan, de Toronto (Ontario), vice-présidente adjointe de la Commission de l’immigration et du statut de réfugié (Bureau régional de Toronto);

à compter du 29 avril 2021.
