His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, pursuant to sections 3 and 4 of the Telefilm Canada Act, appoints Sean R. Ponnambalam of Hammonds Plains, Nova Scotia, to be a member of Telefilm Canada, to hold office during pleasure for a term of five years.
