His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to subsection 3(1) of An Act respecting the Buffalo and Fort Erie Public Bridge Company, reappoints Timothy R. Clutterbuck of Welland, Ontario, as a member of the Buffalo and Fort Erie Public Bridge Authority, to hold office during pleasure for a term of four years.
