His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Families, Children and Social Development:

(a) pursuant to subsection 7(1) of the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation Act, appoints Romy Bowers of Toronto, Ontario, to be President of the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, to hold office during pleasure for a term of five years; and

(b) pursuant to subsection 7(2) of the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation Act, section 108 of the Financial Administration Act and section 7 of the Crown Corporation General Regulations, fixes her remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range CEO 7 ($390,300 - $459,100);

effective April 6, 2021.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Famille, des Enfants et du Développement social, Son Excellence l’administrateur du gouvernement du Canada en conseil :

a) en vertu du paragraphe 7(1) de la Loi sur la Société canadienne d’hypothèques et de logement, nomme Romy Bowers, de Toronto (Ontario), présidente de la Société canadienne d’hypothèques et de logement, à titre amovible pour un mandat de cinq ans;

b) en vertu du paragraphe 7(2) de la Loi sur la Société canadienne d’hypothèques et de logement, de l’article 108 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques et de l’article 7 du Règlement général sur les sociétés d’État, fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle CEO 7 (390 300 $ – 459 100 $);

à compter du 6 avril 2021.
