His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Labour:

(a) after consultation with the organizations representative of employees, pursuant to paragraph 9(2)(c) and subsections 10(2) and 12(1) of the Canada Labour Code, reappoints Gaétan Ménard of Lochaber Ouest, Quebec, as a full-time member of the Canada Industrial Relations Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years; and

(b) pursuant to section 117 of the Canada Labour Code, orders that Géatan Ménard be deemed to be employed in the Public Service for the purposes of the Public Service Superannuation Act.

Sur recommandation de la ministre du Travail, Son Excellence l’administrateur du gouvernement du Canada en conseil :

a) après consultation des organisations représentant des employés, et en vertu de l’alinéa 9(2)c) et des paragraphes 10(2) et 12(1) du Code canadien du travail, nomme de nouveau Gaétan Ménard, de Lochaber Ouest (Québec), membre à temps plein du Conseil canadien des relations industrielles, à titre inamovible pour une période de trois ans;

b) en vertu de l’article 117 du Code canadien du travail, ordonne que Gaétan Ménard soit réputé faire partie de la fonction publique pour l’application de la Loi sur la pension de la fonction publique.
