His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister for International Trade, pursuant to subsection 4(1) of the Export Development Act, approves the appointment by the Minister for International Trade of Richard Payette of Montréal, Quebec, to be a director of the Board of Directors of Export Development Canada, to hold office during pleasure for a term of four years, in the place of Darlene Thibault, whose term has expired.

Sur recommandation de la ministre du Commerce international et en vertu du paragraphe 4(1) de la Loi sur le développement des exportations, Son Excellence l’administrateur du gouvernement du Canada en conseil approuve la nomination par la ministre du Commerce international de Richard Payette, de Montréal (Québec), administrateur du conseil d’administration d’Exportation et développement Canada, à titre amovible pour un mandat de quatre ans, en remplacement de Darlene Thibault dont le mandat a pris fin.
