His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister:

(a) pursuant to subsection 4(2) of the Department of Employment and Social Development Act, appoints Sandra Hassan of Gatineau, Quebec, to be Associate Deputy Minister of Employment and Social Development, to hold office during pleasure;

(b) pursuant to subsection 4(3) of the Department of Employment and Social Development Act, designates Sandra Hassan to be Deputy Minister of Labour, to hold office during pleasure; and

(c) fixes her remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($202,500 - $238,200);

effective March 8, 2021.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre, Son Excellence l’administrateur du gouvernement du Canada en conseil:

a) en vertu du paragraphe 4(2) de la Loi sur le ministère de l’Emploi et du Développement social, nomme Sandra Hassan, de Gatineau (Québec), sous-ministre déléguée de l’Emploi et du Développement social, à titre amovible;

b) en vertu du paragraphe 4(3) de la Loi sur le ministère de l’Emploi et du Développement social, désigne Sandra Hassan, sous-ministre du Travail, à titre amovible;

c) fixe sa rémunération conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (202 500 $ – 238 200 $);

à compter du 8 mars 2021.
