His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, appoints Stéphane Jobin to be Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Canada to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and Permanent Observer of Canada to the African Union.

 

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence l’administrateur du gouvernement du Canada en conseil nomme Stéphane Jobin en qualité d’ambassadeur extraordinaire et plénipotentiaire du Canada auprès de la République fédérale démocratique d’Éthiopie et observateur permanent du Canada auprès de l’Union africaine.
