His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, authorizes

(a) the Prime Minister or the Minister of Foreign Affairs to sign, on behalf of Canada, subject to ratification, the Agreement on Social Security Between Canada and the Republic of Austria; or

(b) the Minister of Foreign Affairs to execute and issue an Instrument of Full Powers authorizing Carla Qualtrough, Minister of Employment and Social Development; Deborah Schulte, Minister of State (Seniors); Graham Flack, Deputy Minister of Employment and Social Development; Marta Morgan, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs; or Heidi Hulan, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Canada to the Republic of Austria, to sign, on behalf of Canada, subject to ratification, the Agreement on Social Security Between Canada and the Republic of Austria.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence l’administrateur du gouvernement du Canada en conseil autorise :

a) soit le premier ministre ou le ministre des Affaires étrangères à signer, au nom du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord sur la sécurité sociale entre le Canada et la République d’Autriche;

b) soit le ministre des Affaires étrangères à signer et à délivrer un instrument de pleins pouvoirs autorisant Carla Qualtrough, ministre de l’Emploi et du Développement social, Deborah Schulte, ministre d’État (Aînés), Graham Flack, sous-ministre de l’Emploi et du Développement social, Marta Morgan, sous-ministre des Affaires étrangères, ou Heidi Hulan, ambassadrice extraordinaire et plénipotentiaire du Canada auprès de la République d’Autriche, à signer, au nom du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord sur la sécurité sociale entre le Canada et la République d’Autriche.
