His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, authorizes

(a) the Prime Minister or the Minister of Foreign Affairs to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Coproduction Agreement in the Fields of Film, Television and On-Demand Audiovisual Media Services Between the Government of Canada and the Government of the French Republic; or

(b) the Minister of Foreign Affairs to execute and issue an Instrument of Full Powers authorizing Steven Guilbeault, Minister of Canadian Heritage; Hélène Laurendeau, Deputy Minister of Canadian Heritage; Jean-Stéphen Piché, Assistant Deputy Minister, Cultural Affairs, Canadian Heritage; or Isabelle Hudon, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Canada to the French Republic, to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Coproduction Agreement in the Fields of Film, Television and On-Demand Audiovisual Media Services Between the Government of Canada and the Government of the French Republic.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence l’administrateur du gouvernement du Canada en conseil autorise :

a) soit le premier ministre ou le ministre des Affaires étrangères à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord de coproduction dans les domaines du cinéma, de la télévision et des services de médias audiovisuels à la demande entre le gouvernement du Canada et le gouvernement de la République française;

b) soit le ministre des Affaires étrangères à signer et à délivrer un instrument de pleins pouvoirs autorisant Steven Guilbeault, ministre du Patrimoine canadien, Hélène Laurendeau, sous-ministre du Patrimoine canadien, Jean-Stéphen Piché, sous-ministre adjoint, Affaires culturelles, Patrimoine canadien, ou Isabelle Hudon, ambassadrice extraordinaire et plénipotentiaire du Canada auprès de la République française, à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord de coproduction dans les domaines du cinéma, de la télévision et des services de médias audiovisuels à la demande entre le gouvernement du Canada et le gouvernement de la République française.
