Whereas, pursuant to subsection 83.05(8.1) of the Criminal Code, the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness has completed a review of each entity set out in the annexed schedule and listed in the Regulations Establishing a List of Entities, made pursuant to subsection 83.05(1) of that Act, and has determined that there are still reasonable grounds, as set out in subsection 83.05(1), for each entity to remain a listed entity;

And whereas, pursuant to subsection 83.05(1) of that Act, the Administrator in Council is satisfied, on the recommendation of that Minister, that there are reasonable grounds to believe that each listed entity set out in the annexed schedule is an entity that has knowingly carried out, attempted to carry out, participated in or facilitated a terrorist activity or that has knowingly acted on behalf of, at the direction of or in association with such an entity;

Therefore, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness made pursuant to subsection 83.05(8.1) of the Criminal Code, accepts the recommendation that each listed entity set out in the annexed schedule remain a listed entity.

Attendu que, aux termes du paragraphe 83.05(8.1) du Code criminel, le ministre de la Sécurité publique et de la Protection civile a complété l’examen de chacune des entités visées à l’annexe ci-jointe et inscrites sur la liste établie par le Règlement établissant une liste d’entités, en vertu du paragraphe 83.05(1) de cette loi, et a décidé que les motifs visés au paragraphe 83.05(1) justifiant l’inscription d’une entité sur cette liste existent toujours;

Attendu que, aux termes du paragraphe 83.05(1) de cette loi, l’administrateur en conseil est convaincu, sur recommandation du ministre, qu’il existe des motifs raisonnables de croire que chacune des entités inscrites visées à l’annexe ci-jointe est une entité qui, sciemment, s’est livrée ou a tenté de se livrer à une activité terroriste, y a participé ou l’a facilitée, ou qui, sciemment, a agi au nom d’une telle entité, sous sa direction ou en collaboration avec elle,

À ces causes, Son Excellence l’administrateur du gouvernement en conseil, sur recommandation du ministre de la Sécurité publique et de la Protection civile faite conformément au paragraphe 83.05(8.1) du Code criminel, accepte la recommandation de celui-ci que chacune des entités inscrites visées à l’annexe ci-jointe y demeurent inscrites.
