Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 105 of the Financial Administration Act, approves the appointment by the Minister of Transport of Ann-Margret White of St-John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, to be a director of the Board of Directors of Marine Atlantic Inc., to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, in the place of Sharon Ruth Duggan, whose term has expired.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’article 105 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la nomination par le ministre des Transports d’Ann-Margret White, de St-John’s (Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador), administratrice du conseil d’administration de Marine Atlantique S.C.C., à titre amovible pour un mandat de trois ans, en remplacement de Sharon Ruth Duggan dont le mandat a pris fin.
