Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the President of the Treasury Board, pursuant to paragraphs 77(1)(h), (i), (m) and (n) of the Privacy Act, makes the annexed Regulations Repealing the Protection of Personal Information Regulations (Miscellaneous Program).

 

 

Sur recommandation du président du Conseil du Trésor et en vertu des alinéas 77(1)h), i), m) et n) de la Loi sur la protection des renseignements personnels, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Règlement correctif visant l’abrogation du Règlement sur la protection des renseignements personnels, ci-après.
