His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food, pursuant to section 3 of the Canada Grain Act, appoints Lonny McKague of Ogema, Saskatchewan, to be a commissioner of the Canadian Grain Commission to hold office during good behaviour for a term of four years, and fixes certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, effective February 13, 2017.

 

   Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Agriculture et de l’Agroalimentaire et en vertu de l’article 3 de la Loi sur les grains du Canada, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Lonny McKague, d’Ogema (Saskatchewan), commissaire de la Commission canadienne des grains, à titre inamovible pour un mandat de quatre ans, et fixe certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, à compter du 13 février 2017.
