Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Employment and Social Development, pursuant to subsections 45(1), (4), (5) and section 47 of the Department of Employment and Social Development Act, reappoints Raelene Ruth Thomas of St-John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, as a full-time member of the Social Security Tribunal for the Employment Insurance Section, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of one year, effective January 15, 2021.

Sur recommandation de la ministre de l’Emploi et du Développement social et en vertu des paragraphes 45(1), (4), (5) et de l’article 47 de la Loi sur le ministère de l’Emploi et du Développement social, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Raelene Ruth Thomas, de St-John’s (Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador), membre à temps plein du Tribunal de la sécurité sociale pour la section de l’assurance-emploi, à titre inamovible pour une période d’un an, à compter du 15 janvier 2021.
