Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Employment and Social Development, pursuant to subsections 45(1), (4) and (5) of the Department of Employment and Social Development Act, reappoints Nicole Irena Zwiers of Whitby, Ontario, as a part-time member of the Social Security Tribunal for the Income Security Section, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of one year, effective January 30, 2021.

Sur recommandation de la ministre de l’Emploi et du Développement social et en vertu des paragraphes 45(1), (4) et (5) de la Loi sur le ministère de l’Emploi et du Développement social, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Nicole Irena Zwiers, de Whitby (Ontario), membre à temps partiel du Tribunal de la sécurité sociale pour la section de la sécurité du revenu, à titre inamovible pour une période d’un an, à compter du 30 janvier 2021.
