Whereas the Chambre de commerce du grand Châteauguay has applied, under section 4 of the Boards of Trade Act, to change the boundaries of its district from Châteauguay, Léry, Mercier, Saint-Isidore-de-La Prairie, Sainte-Martine and Saint-Urbain-Premier to Châteauguay, Léry, Mercier, Saint-Isidore-de-La Prairie, Sainte-Martine, Saint-Urbain-Premier, La Prairie, Candiac, Saint-Philippe, Saint-Mathieu, Delson, Saint-Constant, Sainte-Catherine, Saint-Rémi, Saint-Michel, Saint-Édouard, Sainte-Clothilde, St-Patrice-de-Sherrington and Hemmingford;

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to section 4 of the Boards of Trade Act, changes the boundaries of the district of theChambre de commerce du grand Châteauguay from Châteauguay, Léry, Mercier, Saint-Isidore-de-La Prairie, Sainte-Martine and Saint-Urbain-Premier to Châteauguay, Léry, Mercier, Saint-Isidore-de-La Prairie, Sainte-Martine, Saint-Urbain-Premier, La Prairie, Candiac, Saint-Philippe, Saint-Mathieu, Delson, Saint-Constant, Sainte-Catherine, Saint-Rémi, Saint-Michel, Saint-Édouard, Sainte-Clothilde, St-Patrice-de-Sherrington and Hemmingford.

Attendu que la Chambre de commerce du grand Châteauguay a présenté une demande, au titre de l’article 4 de la Loi sur les chambres de commerce, pour que les limites de son district, soit Châteauguay, Léry, Mercier, Saint-Isidore-de-La Prairie, Sainte-Martine et Saint-Urbain-Premier, soient changées de façon à correspondre à Châteauguay, Léry, Mercier, Saint-Isidore-de-La Prairie, Sainte-Martine, Saint-Urbain-Premier, La Prairie, Candiac, Saint-Philippe, Saint-Mathieu, Delson, Saint-Constant, Sainte-Catherine, Saint-Rémi, Saint-Michel, Saint-Édouard, Sainte-Clothilde, Saint-Patrice-de-Sherrington et Hemmingford,

À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre de l’Industrie et en vertu de l’article 4 de la Loi sur les chambres de commerce, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil change les limites du district de la Chambre de commerce du grand Châteauguay, soit Châteauguay, Léry, Mercier, Saint-Isidore-de-La Prairie, Sainte-Martine et Saint-Urbain-Premier, pour qu’elles correspondent à Châteauguay, Léry, Mercier, Saint-Isidore-de-La Prairie, Sainte-Martine, Saint-Urbain-Premier, La Prairie, Candiac, Saint-Philippe, Saint-Mathieu, Delson, Saint-Constant, Sainte-Catherine, Saint-Rémi, Saint-Michel, Saint-Édouard, Sainte-Clothilde, St-Patrice-de-Sherrington et Hemmingford.
