                 Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of the Environment, pursuant to section 34 of An Act to amend the Canadian Environmental Assessment Act, assented to on June 11, 2003, being chapter 9 of the Statutes of Canada, 2003, hereby fixes October 30, 2003 as the day on which the provisions of that Act, other than subsection 1(2) and section 32, come into force.

                 Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Environnement et en vertu de l’article 34 de la Loi modifiant la Loi canadienne sur l’évaluation environnementale, sanctionnée le 11 juin 2003, chapitre 9 des Lois du Canada (2003), Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe au 30 octobre 2003 la date d’entrée en vigueur des dispositions de cette loi, à l’exception du paragraphe 1(2) et de l’article 32.
