Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister for International Trade, pursuant to subsection 3.1(3) of the Canadian Commercial Corporation Act, approves the appointment by the Minister for International Trade of Julian J. Ovens of Ottawa, Ontario, to be a director of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Commercial Corporation, to hold office during pleasure for a term of four years, in the place of Daniela Bassan, whose term has expired.

Sur recommandation de la ministre du Commerce international et en vertu du paragraphe 3.1(3) de la Loi sur la Corporation commerciale canadienne, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la nomination par la ministre du Commerce international de Julian J. Ovens, d’Ottawa (Ontario), administrateur du conseil d’administration de la Corporation commerciale canadienne, à titre amovible pour un mandat de quatre ans, en remplacement de Daniela Bassan dont le mandat a pris fin.
