Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, made after consultation between the Minister and the Speaker of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Commons, pursuant to sections 12, 24, 29 and 46 of the Garnishment, Attachment and Pension Diversion Act, makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Garnishment and Attachment Regulations and the Pension Diversion Regulations.

 

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, après consultation par celui-ci du président du Sénat et du président de la Chambre des communes et en vertu des articles 12, 24, 29 et 46 de la Loi sur la saisie-arrêt et la distraction de pensions, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Règlement modifiant le Règlement sur la saisie-arrêt et le Règlement sur la distraction de pensions, ci-après.
