Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, pursuant to subsection 21(2) of the National Energy Board Act, approves the issuance by the Commission of the Canadian Energy Regulator to 2133151 Alberta Ltd. of Amending Orders AO-003-GC-97 and AO-003-GC-103, substantially in the annexed form, authorizing the change of the holder of the Certificates.

 

Sur recommandation du ministre des Ressources naturelles et en vertu du paragraphe 21(2) de la Loi sur l’Office national de l’énergie, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil agrée la délivrance, par la Commission de la Régie canadienne de l’énergie à 2133151 Alberta Ltd., des ordonnances modificatrices AO-003-GC-97 et AO-003-GC-103, conformes en substance aux textes ci-joints, autorisant le changement du titulaire des certificats.
