Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 105 of the Financial Administration Act, approves the appointment by the Minister of Transport of John Joseph Butler of St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, to be a director of the Board of Directors of Marine Atlantic Inc., to hold office during pleasure for a term of four years, effective November 25, 2020, in the place of Gary Joseph O’Brien, who has been appointed Chairperson.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’article 105 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la nomination par le ministre des Transports de John Joseph Butler, de St. John’s (Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador), administrateur du conseil d’administration de Marine Atlantique S.C.C., à titre amovible pour un mandat de quatre ans, à compter du 25 novembre 2020, en remplacement de Gary Joseph O’Brien, qui a été nommé président du conseil.
