Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Northern Affairs, pursuant to sections 8 and 9 of the Canadian High Arctic Research Station Act, appoints Kimberly Fairman of Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, to be a member of the Board of Directors of the Canadian High Arctic Research Station, to hold office during pleasure for a term of five years, on a part-time basis.
