Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Labour, after consultation with the organizations representative of employers, pursuant to paragraph 9(2)(d) and subsections 10(2) and 12(1) of the Canada Labour Code, reappoints Barbara Leah Mittleman of Calgary, Alberta, as a part-time member of the Canada Industrial Relations Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years, effective December 21, 2020.

Sur recommandation de la ministre du Travail, après consultation des organisations représentant des employeurs, et en vertu de l’alinéa 9(2)d) et des paragraphes 10(2) et 12(1) du Code canadien du travail, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Barbara Leah Mittleman, de Calgary (Alberta), membre à temps partiel du Conseil canadien des relations industrielles, à titre inamovible pour une période de trois ans, à compter du 21 décembre 2020.
