Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Labour:

 (a) after consultation with the organizations representative of employers, pursuant to paragraph 9(2)(c) and subsection 10(2) of the Canada Labour Code, appoints Elizabeth Cameron of Ottawa, Ontario, to be a full-time member of the Canada Industrial Relations Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years; and

(b) pursuant to section 117 of the Canada Labour Code, orders that Elizabeth Cameron be deemed to be employed in the Public Service for the purposes of the Public Service Superannuation Act;

effective January 4, 2021.

Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

 a) après consultation des organisations représentant des employeurs, en vertu de l’alinéa 9(2)c) et du paragraphe 10(2) du Code canadien du travail, nomme Elizabeth Cameron, d’Ottawa (Ontario), membre à temps plein du Conseil canadien des relations industrielles, à titre inamovible pour un mandat de trois ans;

b) en vertu de l’article 117 du Code canadien du travail, ordonne qu’Elizabeth Cameron soit réputée faire partie de la fonction publique pour l’application de la Loi sur la pension de la fonction publique;

à compter du 4 janvier 2021.
