Whereas, pursuant to subsection 41(3) of the Employment Equity Act, the Minister of Labour has consulted with the Treasury Board on the annexed Regulations Amending the Employment Equity Regulations as they apply to the public sector;

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Labour and the Treasury Board, pursuant to subsection 41(1) of the Employment Equity Act, makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Employment Equity Regulations.

Attendu que, conformément au paragraphe 41(3) de la Loi sur l’équité en matière d’emploi, la ministre du Travail a consulté le Conseil du Trésor au sujet du Règlement modifiant le Règlement sur l’équité en matière d’emploi, ci-après, quant à son application au secteur public,

À ces causes, sur recommandation de la ministre du Travail et du Conseil du Trésor et en vertu du paragraphe 41(1) de la Loi sur l’équité en matière d’emploi, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Règlement modifiant le Règlement sur l’équité en matière d’emploi, ci-après.
