Whereas the Chief Justice of Tax Court of Canada has nominated the Honourable Henry A. Visser, a Judge of the Tax Court of Canada, to be a member of the Independent Judicial Advisory Committee for the Tax Court of Canada;

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, pursuant to Order in Council P.C. 2017-10 of January 19, 2017, appoints the Honourable Henry A. Visser, to be a member of the Independent Judicial Advisory Committee for the Tax Court of Canada, to hold office during pleasure for a term ending on September 30, 2022.

Attendu que le juge en chef de la Cour canadienne de l’impôt a proposé que l’honorable Henry A. Visser, juge de la Cour canadienne de l’impôt, soit nommé membre du Comité consultatif indépendant à la magistrature pour la Cour canadienne de l’impôt,

À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil, en vertu du décret C.P. 2017-10 du 19 janvier 2017, nomme l’honorable Henry A. Visser, membre du Comité consultatif indépendant à la magistrature pour la Cour canadienne de l’impôt, à titre amovible pour un mandat se terminant le 30 septembre 2022.
