                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, in consultation with the classes of users mentioned in the letters patent, pursuant to paragraph 14(1)(d) and subsection 14(2) of the Canada Marine Act, hereby appoints Jim Creighton of Port Alberni, British Columbia, to be a director of the Port Alberni Port Authority, to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports, en consultation avec les catégories d’utilisateurs mentionnés dans les lettres patentes, et en vertu de l’alinéa 14(1)d) et du paragraphe 14(2) de la Loi maritime du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Jim Creighton, de Port Alberni (Colombie-Britannique), administrateur de l’Administration portuaire de Port-Alberni, à titre amovible pour un mandat de trois ans.
