Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister for International Trade, pursuant to subsection 4(1) of the Export Development Act, approves the appointment by the Minister for International Trade of Manjit K. Sharma of Toronto, Ontario, to be a director of the Board of Directors of Export Development Canada, to hold office during pleasure for a term of four years, in the place of Elliot Lifson, whose term has expired.

Sur recommandation de la ministre du Commerce international et en vertu du paragraphe 4(1) de la Loi sur le développement des exportations, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la nomination, par la ministre du Commerce international de Manjit K. Sharma, de Toronto (Ontario), administratrice du conseil d’administration d’Exportation et développement Canada, à titre amovible pour un mandat de quatre ans, en remplacement d’Elliot Lifson dont le mandat a pris fin.
