Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Works and Government Services, pursuant to paragraph 4(2)(a) and sections 8 and 10 of the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations and Employment Board Act, reappoints Catherine Ebbs of Ottawa, Ontario, as Chairperson of the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations and Employment Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of six months, and fixes her remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 7 ($211,300 - $248,500), effective October 9, 2020.

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux et en vertu de l’alinéa 4(2)a) et des articles 8 et 10 de la Loi sur la Commission des relations de travail et de l’emploi dans le secteur public fédéral, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Catherine Ebbs, d’Ottawa (Ontario), présidente de la Commission des relations de travail et de l’emploi dans le secteur public fédéral, à titre inamovible pour une période de six mois, et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 7 (211 300 $ – 248 500 $), à compter du 9 octobre 2020.
