Whereas the St. Albert and District Chamber of Commerce has applied, pursuant to section 4 of the Boards of Trade Act, to change the boundaries of its district from the City of St. Albert, the County of Sturgeon and the County of Parkland so that its western boundary is Range Road 10/Highway 779, its southern boundary is Township Road 542/Highway 633 to Highway 44, then further to the south, Highway 16, then Highway 216 and 66 Street, its eastern boundary is 66 Street to Valour Avenue and then 50 Street/Range Road 240 and its northern boundary is Cardiff Road/Township Road 554;

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to section 4 of the Boards of Trade Act, changes the boundaries of the district of the St. Albert and District Chamber of Commerce from the City of St. Albert, the County of Sturgeon and the County of Parkland so that its western boundary is Range Road 10/Highway 779, its southern boundary is Township Road 542/Highway 633 to Highway 44, then further to the south, Highway 16, then Highway 216 and 66 Street, its eastern boundary is 66 Street to Valour Avenue and then 50 Street/Range Road 240 and its northern boundary is Cardiff Road/Township Road 554.
