Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, after consultation with the Board of Directors of the Canadian Race Relations Foundation, pursuant to sections 9 and 11 of the Canadian Race Relations Foundation Act, appoints Mohammed Hashim of Mississauga, Ontario, to be Executive Director of the Canadian Race Relations Foundation, to hold office during pleasure for a term of five years, and fixes his remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range CEO 1 ($131,200 - $154,300), effective October 13, 2020.
