Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 127.1(1)(c) of the Public Service Employment Act and Order in Council P.C. 2016-11 of January 19, 2016, appoints Pierre-Marcel Desjardins of Sainte-Marie-de-Kent, New Brunswick, to be a special adviser to the Prime Minister, to serve as an ad hoc provincial member of the Independent Advisory Board for Senate Appointments, to hold office during pleasure for a term of one year.

 

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’alinéa 127.1(1)c) de la Loi sur l’emploi dans la fonction publique et du décret C.P. 2016-11 du 19 janvier 2016, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Pierre-Marcel Desjardins, de Sainte-Marie-de-Kent (Nouveau-Brunswick), conseiller spécial du premier ministre, afin d’agir en tant que membre ad hoc provincial du Comité consultatif indépendant sur les nominations au Sénat, à titre amovible pour un mandat d’un an.
