Whereas the Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Newfoundland and Labrador has nominated Neil Jacobs, Q.C., to be a member of the Independent Judicial Advisory Committee for the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador;

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, pursuant to Order in Council P.C. 2017-10 of January 19, 2017, appoints Neil Jacobs, Q.C., of St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, to be a member of the Independent Judicial Advisory Committee for the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador, to hold office during pleasure for a term ending on August 31, 2022.

Attendu que le ministre de la Justice et procureur général de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador a proposé que Neil Jacobs, c.r., soit nommé membre du Comité consultatif indépendant à la magistrature pour la province de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador,

À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil, en vertu du décret C.P. 2017-10 du 19 janvier 2017, nomme Neil Jacobs, c.r., de St. John’s (Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador), membre du Comité consultatif indépendant à la magistrature pour la province de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador, à titre amovible pour un mandat se terminant le 31 août 2022.
