Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, reappoints Harcourt Binghatukpa Adukeh as Honorary Consul of Canada in Port Harcourt, Federal Republic of Nigeria, to hold office during pleasure for a period of one year, and fixes his honorarium at the rate set out in the annexed schedule, which honorarium is within the range ($1,500 - $5,000), such appointment to be terminated by either the Minister of Foreign Affairs or Harcourt Binghatukpa Adukeh, giving the other party a sixty-day written notice.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme de nouveau Harcourt Binghatukpa Adukeh, consul honoraire du Canada à Port Harcourt (République fédérale du Nigéria), à titre amovible pour une période d’un an, et fixe ses honoraires au taux figurant à l’annexe ci-jointe, lesquels honoraires se situent dans l’échelle (1 500 $ – 5 000 $).
