Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, appoints Barbara Sunstrum to be Honorary Consul of Canada in Bujumbura, Republic of Burundi, to hold office during pleasure for a term of one year, and fixes her honorarium at the rate set out in the annexed schedule, which honorarium is within the range ($1,500 - $5,000), such appointment to be terminated by either the Minister of Foreign Affairs or Barbara Sunstrum, giving the other party a sixty-day written notice.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Barbara Sunstrum, consule honoraire du Canada à Bujumbura (République du Burundi), à titre amovible pour un mandat d’un an, et fixe ses honoraires au taux figurant à l’annexe ci-jointe, lesquels honoraires se situent dans l’échelle (1 500 $ – 5 000 $).
