Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to sections 5.1 and 5.3 of the Public Health Agency of Canada Act, appoints Iain Stewart of Ottawa, Ontario, to be President of the Public Health Agency of Canada, to hold office during pleasure for a term of two years, and fixes his remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($273,200 - $321,300), effective September 28, 2020.
Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu des articles 5.1 et 5.3 de la Loi sur l’Agence de la santé publique du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Iain Stewart, d’Ottawa (Ontario), président de l’Agence de la santé publique du Canada, à titre amovible pour un mandat de deux ans, et fixe sa rémunération conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (273 200 $ – 321 300 $), à compter du 28 septembre 2020.
