Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to subsection 3(1) and sections 7, 10 and 11 of the National Research Council Act, re-appoints Iain Stewart of Ottawa, Ontario, as President of the National Research Council of Canada, to hold office during pleasure for a term of five years, and fixes his remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GC 10 ($273,200 - $321,300), effective September 28, 2020.
Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Industrie et en vertu du paragraphe 3(1) et des articles 7, 10 et 11 de la Loi sur le Conseil national de recherches, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat d’Iain Stewart, d’Ottawa (Ontario), président du Conseil national de recherches du Canada, à titre amovible pour une période de cinq ans, et fixe sa rémunération conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GC 10 (273 200 $ – 321 300 $), à compter du 28 septembre 2020.
