Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to subsection 27(4) of the Nunavut Act,

(a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2015-645 of May 28, 2015; and

(b) sets the maximum amount of the aggregate of all borrowings at $750 million.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances et en vertu du paragraphe 27(4) de la Loi sur le Nunavut, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

a) abroge le décret C.P. 2015-645 du 28 mai 2015;

b) fixe le plafond de l’ensemble des emprunts à 750 millions de dollars.
